How to build roulette?

Now we are going to consider the steps how we can build our own roulette table at home. If you are still interested in the building roulette, you are welcome to read further, as we are going to see the practical steps of the building. If not, you can follow an easier way.

Step1.

Measure the room and the space you are ready to give for the roulette table, so that you will be able to measure the dimensions of the future table. The measurement you are going to see here are the recommendations, so you are welcome to adjust them to the needed ones.

If you want, you can make the curves on the table corners with the bucket or a large can of some food.

Step 2. (Optional)

You can add the cup holders to your table. It depends on your desire, whether you want them or not. It is very convenient to have a cup holder by your side while playing the roulette game.

What you need to do is to measure the size of the cup holder holes. It is recommended to cut the holes around 5 inches from the edge of the particle board in the place where the gamblers will sit.

Nota Bene! It is time for you to think about the roulette wheel, whether you are going to buy the one, which sits on the table or buy the one, which sits below the table surface. It is a right time to cut the hole for it.

Step 3.

The padding material for the table should be of the same shape as the table. Staple the outside edge of the padding to the particle board. Try to do it as close to the edge of padding as possible. If you want it to last long, you can glue the pad to the board.

Step 4.

Cult the felt. Make sure it is around 2 inches larger than the entire surface around the table. Put the felt around the particle board and staple it to the underside of the board.

Do not glue the padding to the felt, as it can create the distortions or creases on the surface, which should be avoided.

Step 5.

You will need a padded rail. You can simply buy it, as doing it on your own requires much effort. It usually costs between $30 and $50.

Step 6.

The next step in building the desired table is when you will need to install a plastic bumper moulding around the edges of the table where there is no rail.
